- Campaign period (purchase date):
- 1st April 2026 - 30th June 2026.
- Entries submitted outside the campaign period will not be considered.
- Open to Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above
- Employees of Medispec (M) Sdn. Bhd., Vitamode, participating retailers, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must provide valid and accurate personal details for verification purposes.
- Purchase any Vitamode supplement from participating outlets or official sales channels during the campaign period.
- Submit a clear photo or copy of the purchase receipt via the designated submission method
- Each receipt is valid for one (1) entry only, regardless of the purchase value or number of items purchased.
- Multiple entries are allowed with separate receipts.
- Any duplication of receipt or purchase of counterfeit supplements will not be accepted
- Receipts must clearly show:
- Date of purchase
- Product name(s)
- Retailer name
- Illegible, altered, duplicated, or incomplete receipts will be disqualified.
- Vitamode reserves the right to verify all receipts before confirming eligibility.
- A total of 20 winners will be selected monthly throughout the campaign period.
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries, subject to verification.
- Selection of winners will be conducted by Vitamode, and all decisions are final and binding.
- All participants will receive an invitation to attend Vitamode Experience 2026 event.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
- Vitamode reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal value if necessary.
- Winners will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or official Vitamode social media channels.
- Winners must respond within [7] days of notification to confirm acceptance.
- Failure to respond within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Event invitations are valid only for the named winner.
- Winners must comply with all event rules, registration requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Event details, timing, and format are subject to change at Vitamode’s discretion.
- By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for:
- Campaign administration
- Winner announcement
- Event coordination
- Marketing and promotional purposes (where applicable)
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with Vitamode’s Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian laws.
- Vitamode reserves the right to:
- Amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice
- Disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions
- Vitamode’s decision in all matters relating to the campaign shall be final.
